The world's best hot chocolate
Chocolate occupies an exalted place in our home, so hot chocolate was a logical first step when testing our new mugs. This is a pretty fool-proof recipe for may be the creamiest liquid you can create from our dark master, the cocoa bean.
- 0.75-1 oz. Dark chocolate (two squares of Theo 70% dark chocolate—recommended!)
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 2/3 cup Filtered water
- 1/2 tsp. Maple syrup
- A bit of Cocoa powder
Servings: 1 mug
Process: Combine everything in a small pot. Heat over medium heat until warm, stirring ingredients together as the chocolate begins to melt. Then just pour and enjoy once it's hot enough.
